Rules for using Excel Deep Clean
Software-as-a-Service Agreement
Use Excel Deep Clean responsibly
These terms describe how you may access and use Excel Deep Clean, how credits are billed, and what happens to your uploaded spreadsheets.
Last updated: December 3, 2025
Purpose
Clean Excel/CSV files by removing invisible characters and formatting issues.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ and use the service for legitimate business or personal workloads.
Billing
Credits are prepaid via Creem.io and deducted once per successful clean.
Your responsibilities
- Upload only files you have permission to process.
- Do not upload malicious content, PII you lack consent for, or regulated data that requires special handling (HIPAA, PCI).
- Respect rate limits and do not attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service.
- Keep your Supabase account credentials secure and notify us of suspicious activity.
Credits and payments
- All paid plans are processed through Creem.io acting as merchant of record.
- Credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts.
- One credit equals one server-side clean of a workbook up to 4.5MB. Larger files use the browser worker and do not deduct extra credits.
- Charge disputes should be sent to support before filing with your card issuer (see Refund Policy).
Data handling
- Files processed on the server run entirely in memory; once the cleaned workbook is delivered, the payload is destroyed.
- Large-file mode keeps the spreadsheet within your browser—no data is sent to our servers.
- Operational logs include metadata (timestamp, runtime, file size) but never contain cell contents.
- See the Privacy Policy for full details, including your right to delete account data at any time.
Termination
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or violate export/control laws.
- You may cancel anytime by emailing support@sheetclean.online; unused credits can be refunded per the Refund Policy.
- Upon termination we delete your profile data except transaction records required for compliance.
Governing law & contact
