Refund Policy

• The software fails to remove formatting errors or invisible characters as advertised.
• If our tool cannot successfully clean your specific Excel file, you are eligible for a full refund (even if a credit or Day Pass was used).
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Credits were deducted but the job was rejected due to server error.
• Duplicate charges within the same 24-hour window.

Send an email to support@sheetclean.onlinewith your account email, order ID, file name, and a short description of what went wrong. We review requests in the order received.

• Requests must be filed within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• We may ask for the problematic workbook or logs. Files shared for troubleshooting are deleted immediately after verification.
• Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method through Creem.io.

Because Excel Deep Clean is a pay-per-clean service, unauthorized disputes negatively impact our ability to operate. If you disagree with a charge, contact us first—we can reverse credits faster than card networks.

Fraudulent disputes or refunds requested after delivering successful cleans may lead to account suspension and forfeited remaining credits.

• The 24-Hour Pass is non-refundable if you have successfully processed and downloaded more than 5 files.
• Subscription renewals are non-refundable if not cancelled before the renewal date.
• Files larger than 4.5MB sent to the server endpoint after multiple warnings.
• Workbooks containing macros or scripts that change structure after cleaning.
• Any manual edits made after downloading the cleaned file.
